My rate structure is simple.

$50 - First on-site visit, covers one computer problem.

$30 - On-site fee, after the first visit. If it is a problem that cannot be solved remotely, this fee does not apply.

$20 - If you have multiple problems, each additional service will cost $20 as long as it is on the same visit.

When I first repair your computer, you will be given the option to install my remote repair software which will allow me to remote into your computer to diagnose and repair it. The software will not allow me to remote in unless you send me an invite.
